Nando’s tarts up its Pastel de Nata

Nando’s is excited to announce the launch of its new Pastel de Nata. A traditional Portuguese treat, the new-recipe tarts are custardy, flaky and buttery.

Using quality ingredients to create a richer, more indulgent filling: a velvety custard featuring warm, sweet cinnamon and a hint of lemon. Passionate pastry fans will be pleased, too - the new Natas not only have a deeper pastry case (making more room for filling), but more layers as well. That means it’s extra crispy and flaky.

The new tarts are freshly baked in Nando’s restaurants every morning, just long enough for the pastry to turn golden and the custard to caramelise on top. They’re an irresistible treat to have for breakfast, dessert or a sweet snack. The new-and-improved Pastel de Nata are now available in packs of four, so you can save some for later or give them as a gift to share the love.

Nando's believes that life’s better when you mix it up. That’s why its menu’s inspired by its Portuguese and Southern African heritage. The Naughty Nata has been on Nando’s menu for nearly 20 years and the delicious new recipe is an update on the Portuguese classic.

Priced at €3.25 for one or €11.50 for a pack of four, the new Pastel de Natas are now available at Nando’s restaurants across Ireland. To stay up to date with the latest Nando’s news, visit www.nandos.ie and follow @nandosuk on Instagram and TikTok
