OBJECTIVES

Building a solid foundation for the future

• Contributing to and overseeing the achievement of daily, weekly, monthly sales plans and core product penetration in your store of responsibility

• Evaluate daily counter business with clear focus and plan of improvement

• Develop the team in using Trish’s 8 step makeup lesson to build business and achieve goals

• Recruiting and interviewing candidates (First Phase).

• Event Coordinating & Planning to ensure that timelines presell, and appointment goals are being met.

• Ensuring Counter Standards are being upheld

• Sending of nightly overviews to Regional and participation in weekly conference calls to work on developing region’s business.

• Awareness of the competitive landscape.
