THE ROLE:
The Beauty Coach - Counter Manager - is an Ambassador of the brand’s uniqueness and participates to Clarins “unlimited” customers’ attention. She/he/they attends to customers, listens to their concerns, gives relevant beauty advice and cultivates trusting relationships, making each client feels unique.
The Beauty Coach - Counter Manager - possess strong leadership skills, is self-reliant and should have the ability to manage others for retention, sales and service; she/he/they has individual objectives as well as monitoring actively their team and overall counter targets. They are planning and executing counter actions, maximizing new launches, establishing and maintaining a client base.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Deliver the best Clarins CARE Selling Ceremony to customers
Ensure that all sales and business retail objectives and targets are achieved
Know and manage your customers
Know your offer, delivering products combination and product alternative proposals
Motivate and develop the teams productivity to ensure they meet and exceed company expectations
Be a Brand Ambassador and activating your network
Drive business performance
Ensure operations excellence
Ensure POS attractiveness
YOU ARE:
You are confident with touching the client’s skin
You have a listening and caring attitude, showing empathy for customers
You are at ease working in a team, you communicate efficiently within the team and are respectful to the work of others
Enthusiastic and energetic
Proactive, curious and eager to learn
Passionate about Beauty
YOU HAVE:
Background in Sales
People management and development experience that can empower others
Excellent selling skills
Beauty-related experience and/or Retail experience, (knowledge of Clarins products advantageous)
Ability to act strong as a professional leader for Brand and its values
Open mind and like exploring new opportunities and taking initiative
Ability to create and interpret business data and targets and how to achieve
English Knowledge
