-Store Manager Dundrum We are looking for a person with a passion for gaming, games and game accessories, who’s ready for the challenge to take our store in Dundrum to the next level! As the Store Manager you are responsible for the daily operations and the way you run the store is by far the largest factor in the stores results. To be a successful Store Manager in GameStop you will need to be driven by sales and motivated by developing awesome talent in your store team!

This of course is something that we expect from all our employees and with the Store Manager role comes a responsibility for the budget, the store personnel, the costs and of course, the sales.

In a Store Manager we are looking for a person who is constantly motivated to find and face the next challenge. Our ideal Store Manager will have the following attributes: • Be a champion for customer service - Developing a "sales through service" culture with the specific aims of retaining existing customers, attracting new customers • Ability to drive sales, footfall and team KPIs ● Motivation and ability to work on own initiative • Good leadership - Motivating, leading, training and developing your overall team of 5+ team members • Ability to maintain a clean, well-organized and properly merchandised store at all times - Ensuring high standards in stock levels and presentation • Compliance and accountability - Ensuring that all policies, procedures and controls are followed at all times.

-Our Store Manager will come with: • Minimum of 2-3 years retail management experience • Passion, a great work ethic with an adaptable and resilient approach • Strong interpersonal skills ● Strong attention to detail ●Strong attention to detail • Excellent time management and organizational skills ● Flexibility – Store is open 7 days a week • Ability to work well in high pressured situations
