Front Desk Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team.

Job responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the front desk team to ensure efficient and professional customer reception and daily operations.

• Handle and optimize orders through platforms such as Deliveroo and Just Eat .

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns ( Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to boost brand exposure and customer engagement.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gather feedback , and enhance overall satisfaction.

• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to continuously improve service processes and operational efficiency.

Job requirements-

• 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant or retail industry , age 30+ preferred; capable of training and leading a team effectively .

• Familiar with the operation of delivery platforms(e.g. Deliveroo, Just Eat); experience in online order management or data analysis is a plus.

• Proven experience in social media marketing , able to plan and execute strategies independently.

• Excellent communication skills , strong sense of service , and outstanding coordination ability.

• Professional appearance , friendly demeaner , strong team spirit , and high execution capability.

• Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
