Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Front of house/reception duties.
To support the Audiologist in the delivery of diary management, customer service and to identify and then maximise potential sales opportunities.
To coordinate all aspects of the daily running of the branch including; telephone duties, sale of hearing aid accessories, stock management, website/email enquiries, post, small hearing aid repairs, updating of information on CRM systems, accurate financial record keeping.
Skills/Experience
Customer service experience and professional demeanour a necessity as first point of contact for customers.
Proven ability to plan diaries and be proactive in ensuring diary is well managed
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills – Fluency in English essential
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
