Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety rules and procedures.

• Prepare daily prep as per our training cards and ensure items are correctly date labelled.

• Put away deliveries, ensuring food and other items are stored in the correct position.

• Follow checklist to ensure daily cleaning, opening tasks and closing tasks are completed.

• Use equipment correctly and ensure it is kept clean.

• Support Grill Chefs in service (washing pots, running fryers and making salads are the norm), ensuring menu items are served as per our standard.

We will provide all the training you'll need to be successful in your role. However, previous experience working in a customer-centric environment would be beneficial.

Would be working for both Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Abrakebabra.
