Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing a superior customer service to our customers and potential customers who enter the branch

• Driving our digital agenda ensuring our customers are supported and aware of the many channels available to them

• To support the Branch Manager in achieving performance targets under sales, service and operational excellence

• To represent AIB in the local community
