She/he attends to customers, listens to their concerns, gives relevant beauty advice and cultivates trusting relationships, making each client feels unique. The Counter Manager possess strong leadership skills, is self-reliant and should have the ability to manage others for retention, sales and service; she/he/they has individual objectives as well as monitoring actively their team and overall counter targets. They are planning and executing counter actions, maximizing new launches, establishing and maintaining a client base. Main Duties: To ensure that all sales and business retail objectives and targets are achieved To ensure that accurate stock and sales levels are maintained To ensure effective implementation of the company on-counter activity plan To establish an effective and strong relationship with the Store Management Team To develop an effective account events To motivate and manage the effective development of each team member To communicate effectively with Clarins Area Manager To ensure that each team member is aware of their own targets and achievements, as well as the accounts To motivate and develop the teams productivity to ensure they meet and exceed company expectations To ensure all Health & Safety Policies and Employee Manual are followed To accurately complete and check all required paperwork and ensure it is presented on time To lead by example at all times Know Who We're Looking For: YOU ARE: 1) Client-Oriented: • You are confident with touching the client’s skin • You have a listening and caring attitude, showing empathy for customers 2) Team-Oriented: • You are at ease working in a team, you communicate efficiently within the team and are respectful to the work of others 3) You demonstrate these key personal skills: • Enthusiastic and energetic • Proactive, curious and eager to learn • Passionate about Beauty YOU HAVE: • Retail experience in a similar role • Beauty-related experience advantageous • People management and development experience that can empower others • Practical knowledge of team management, internal stakeholders and • Ability to act strong as a professional leader for Brand and its values. • Ability to empower and drive team to achieve their individual and overall account goals • Excellent selling skills • Open mind and like exploring new opportunities and taking initiative - Traffic stopping is an element of daily working routine - traffic stopping and recruitment of new customers for the Brand is an element of daily working routine • Ability to create and interpret business data and targets and how to achieve • English Knowledge or an additional language
