Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure a high level of customer service.

• Manage and train floor staff to maintain excellent service standards.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams for smooth operation.

• Handle customer feedback and unexpected situations professionally.

• Supervise hygiene, safety, and staff performance in the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Proven restaurant management experience (minimum 3 years preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with Asian dining culture and service standards is a strong advantage.

• Mature mindset and solid management experience are highly valued.

• Must hold legal permission to work in Ireland.
