To ensure the store sales performance is maximised to its full potential and delivered at least in line with agreed targets.

To ensure store costs are managed within agreed budget levels and that every opportunity is sought to maximise store profitability.

To consistently demonstrate our Brand Values and ensure by example that the sales team understand how our brand values are translated into actions and behaviours.
