Accessibility at Dundrum Town

Getting around shouldn’t get in the way of enjoying your day. Our Shopmobility service offers both motorised and manual wheelchairs, free of charge, to anyone who needs a little extra support – whether it’s long-term or just while you recover from an injury.

You’ll find the Shopmobility Centre on Level 2M Red Car Park.

Opening hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We also have disabled parking spaces close to mall entrances, plus accessible toilets and lifts to every level of the centre.

For visitors who need more than standard accessible toilets, Dundrum Town offers a fully equipped Changing Places facility on Level 1, beside River Island.

It includes:

• Extra-large floor space (12.3 sq ft)
• Ceiling track hoist (200kg SWL)
• Peninsular WC with support rails
• Height-adjustable changing bench (200kg SWL)
• Height-adjustable washbasin with grab rails
• Shower facilities
• Privacy screen, colostomy shelf and wide roll paper dispenser

To access, you’ll need a National Key System (NKS) key. If you don’t have one, just ask a member of our team or visit the Customer Service Desk.

Located on The Gallery, Level 2M, our Sensory Room is a calm, supportive space for visitors who may feel overwhelmed by busy environments. It’s free to use, with 30- or 60-minute sessions available to book at the Information Desk on Level 2 or by calling 01 299 1700. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and the final daily session begins one hour before the centre closes — 8:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 PM at weekends.
