Japanese Kitchen by J2 Sushi is the latest brand to join the new dining line-up in the Pembroke District. Founded in 2008 in Ireland by head chef and owner Jason Cheng, J2 Sushi serves fusion and Japanese favourites sushi and bento, created with the best quality local ingredients.
It will open on Pembroke Square, over two levels, with a balcony overlooking the new public square. The restaurant will be located adjacent to the new Fallon & Byrne flagship food hall and restaurant.

Our vision for Pembroke Square is to create a new destination within Dundrum that combines a vibrant dining and leisure space with an area of exceptional public realm that will become a new focal point for visitors to enjoy throughout the year.”

This news follows announcements that naturally fast food brand LEON, and US Asian restaurant PF Chang’s have also signed for new restaurants in the Pembroke District at Dundrum Town Centre. Other recent additions to the centre include Rituals, Thérapie and Folkster.
