Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service

  • Lead and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

  • Manage customer relations, handle escalated inquiries or complaints, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure service standards, food quality, and timely delivery

  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships

  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

  • Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality supervision highly preferred

  • Problem-solving mindset and commitment to excellent customer service

  • EU citizenship or valid work authorization preferred
