Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
Lead and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Manage customer relations, handle escalated inquiries or complaints, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure service standards, food quality, and timely delivery
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency
Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality supervision highly preferred
Problem-solving mindset and commitment to excellent customer service
EU citizenship or valid work authorization preferred
