Services at Dundrum Town Centre

Lockers now available in the Centre!

Following feedback from our customers we are delighted to provide a new locker facility on Level 1 (in the corridor towards toilets) for your use and convenience. There are three sizes of lockers: small, medium and large.

Rental charge for one use is as follows:

Small locker – €1 , medium locker – €2 and large locker – €4

Items left in lockers at any time are at the user’s risk in all respects and neither Dundrum Town Centre nor any of its servants or agents accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to such items however caused.  Overnight checking of lockers for security reasons will take place. 

 Internet Access

Please see below where you can find Wi-Fi Hotspots within Dundrum Town Centre.

At Douglas & Kaldi Terrace Cafe, located on level 2 beside Monsoon, free Wi-Fi access is available with purchase required.

At Starbucks located on Level 2, they have Eircom Hotspots. The customer can avail of this facility by logging on to Eircom Hotspots.  Starbucks do not charge for the service, nor is the customer required to make a purchase. Customers, however, will be required to pay through their Eircom user account as normal.  Laptops are not provided. 

At Winters Bar located at the Town Square, they use a company Bit Buzz. Customers are required to make a purchase at the bar.  They are then given a voucher which allows them 15 minutes free internet access. Customers are required to use their own laptops.

Crystal Clean Valet

Crystal Clean Valet offers a full range car wash and car valet services so you can enjoy a day at the Centre and return to a crystal clean car. To use the Crystal Clean Valet services, use the Level -1 Red Car Park entrance from Sandyford Rd. For information call: 087 665 4486.

Dundrum Adult Training and Education (D.A.T.E)

D.A.T.E provides adult education classes for adults wishing to continue their education. D.A.T.E offers a comprehensive list of subjects at reasonable rates and provides a friendly and supportive environment for all of its students. Perfect Card

Mobile Phone Recharger

For only €2 you can recharge your mobile phone to stay in touch with friends and family while you shop. You can also charge your PSPs and iPods to keep you entertained during your visit. The Mobile Phone Recharger Station can be found at Customer Service Desk on Level 2.

RTE Radio Studio

Enjoy weekly radio broadcasts from our very own RTE Radio Studio located on Level 4.  Listen in for chances to win fabulous prizes from Dundrum Town Centre retailers.

Shopmobility

Shopmobility offers wheelchairs and walking aids to shoppers in need of walking assistance. Shopmobility can be found in the Car Park Level 2M and is free of charge. For information call 01 298 7982. Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday, 10.00am to 5.30pm; Sunday & Bank Holidays, 12.00pm to 5.30pm.

Lost Property

Dundrum Town Centre’s Lost Property Department is situated at the Customer Service Desk on Level 2. If you have any further queries, please contact a Customer Service Desk member or call 01 2991740.

Procedure:

• All lost and found items are reported to the Dundrum Town Centre Customer Service Desk and are recorded by a Customer Service Representative; date, description of item, location-where the item was found, the name and the telephone number of the finder
• All found items are kept in a secure storage room for one month
• Every attempt is made to identify the owner of the property
• After a one month period any unclaimed items are donated to a local charity
• Some retailers will operate their own procedures, thus if you feel as though you left it at a certain store, contact them as well.
