Mobility at Dundrum Town Centre

One of the main features that Dundrum Town Centre can boast is the accessibility from the street. All of our entrances can be directly accessed from street level.  Also, every level of the mall throughout the Centre can be accessed using travellators. Furthermore, we have elevators which provide easy access to every level of the Centre including access to all of carparks. The centre also has 22 passenger lifts with inbuilt  braille buttons. Priority is given in all lifts to pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Dundrum Town Centre is pleased to provide a service called Shopmobility. Shopmobility is about freedom to get around. This service offers wheelchairs and walking aids to shoppers in need of walking assistance. It is a free  service is available to young and old whether the disability is temporary or permanent.  Shopmobility can be found in the Car Park Level 2M. Monday to Saturday : 10.00am to 5.30pm

Sunday & Bank Holidays: 12.00pm to 5.30pm

 Throughout our carparks we have a total of 52 clearly signposted disabled parking spaces. 

Red Carpark

Level 1:  8 spaces , Level 1m: 7 spaces

Level 2 : 5 spaces, Level 2m: 5 spaces

Green Carpark

Level  -1: 10 spaces 

Level -2 : 13 spaces

Level -3: 4 spaces

Touchscreens in the Centre and pay stations in car parks are also disabled user friendly with a low height and ease of use.
