At Early Learning Centre, we do all we can to help mums help children grow into happy, self-confident people.

We create fantastic toys – toys that help develop vital skills, toys that help children get off to the best possible start, and toys that are tremendous fun.

All our toys are designed to help children explore the boundaries of their imaginations and creativity , to make learning fun and help children be all they can be.

All our toys meet and exceed all British and European standards for toy safety, and we’re delighted with our ongoing association with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, who work with us in the development of our toys.

We test our toys just like your kids do.

We push them down the stairs, throw them, jump on them, knock them over, poke fingers in them and even lick them. So we know our toys are as tough as the children that play with them.

At the very core of our menu at Cortina’s stands a true homage to the authentic Mexican cuisine that is actually eaten and enjoyed regionally in Mexico, albeit filtered through a Dublin lens. By embracing both Mexican tradition and local sensibility, we offer a creatively classic cuisine that marries well-known Mexican street food and family dishes with our philosophy of fresh, local and sustainable. Using top quality local ingredients that exemplify these ideals and the many staples of the Mexican table, we hand make our vision of modern Mexican slow food for our community to enjoy in the same family style of Mexico.

Our approach to drinks is the same as that of our food. All of our margaritas are made with the freshest squeezed limes and 100% pure agave tequila.

Opened in March 2010 at Dundrum Town Centre Cortina’s was found out of a longing to find authentic Mexican dishes. The restaurant features classic Mexican cuisine, blending rich flavors, textures and traditions from ancient Aztec and Mayan foods like chiles and corn with the unique blend of Spanish influences.

The China Buffet King, situated in the Cinema building of the Centre,  is a buffet-style Chinese restaurant.  

Choose your table, join the queue and fill your plate from a heady selection of Asian (and some Western) dishes. Favourites such as spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken and singapore noodles sit alongside ever-changing exotic eats like king prawn in chilli garlic, lime and pepper roast pork and mixed veg in oyster sauce. Soups for starters and scrummy desserts with soft ice-cream top and tail the all-you-can-eat experience. And there’s even a salad bar and good veggie selection for all herbivores. Ruairi Maguire’s Bar & Organic Kitchen in Pembroke District of Dundrum Town Centre. Ruairi Maguire’s is a traditional Irish style pub, serving 100% Irish Organic food, making it THE only 100% organic gastro pub in Ireland.

Ruairi’s has the full support of the Irish Organic Trust and will be certified Organic in all areas of it’s menu. Organic wines and teas and coffees are available as an alternative to the non-organic varieties. Taking the form of a top-quality ‘local’, Ruairi Maguire’s show all the sports events, with the occasional live band and DJ’s, all with friendly genuine staff – it’s about bringing the pub back to what the Irish Pub became famous for in the first place.

If it’s to watch the match or the golf with your friends at the bar, have a quiet drink in the snug or catch the best DJs and bands at the weekends, you’ll find a friendly face and a genuine chat from the bar staff, making Ruairi’s your new ‘local’.

The people behind Ruairi’s, Shane Maguire and Ruairi Cosgrove, have a proven track record in the hospitality business, going back generations in the Irish pub & retail trade. They also have experience in farming and intend producing a percentage of the beef for the menu on their own organic farm. They know that now more than ever, people want to get back to basics, want to re-discover their identity, their Irishness.
