Crest Shopping Centre Productivity Review 2007 – Dundrum Town Centre Is Ireland’s Top Shopping Centre
The 2nd CREST Annual Shopping Centre Productivity Review has declared Dundrum Town Centre Ireland’s Number One Shopping Centre, as voted by shopping centre tenants throughout Ireland, for the second year running.
Key findings concluded that Dundrum Town Centre is viewed as the most productive shopping centre location in Ireland, by owners of four hundred and twelve shopping centre stores. Key to Dundrum Town Centre’s success is the favourable rent investment, comparable to the current footfall levels being achieved by the centre.
Other key factors influencing the centres success are the moderate service charges comparable to footfall levels and the tenant’s view that centre management is proactively managing and marketing the centre in a cost efficient manner.
