Town Square

Over 600,000 customers visited in its first week of trading with a media blitz generating over €2million of national print, TV and radio coverage. The excitement was justified as Dundrum brought some of the finest retailers from around the world to this magnificent location to create a national shopping destination.

The Town Square with its historic Mill Pond is the heart of Dundrum Town Centre, surrounded by café and restaurants; the Town Square is a hive of activity and has hosted festivals and events since its official unveiling in September 2005.

Charity Partnerships

In April 2006, Dundrum Town Centre announced their partnership with two of Ireland’s leading children’s charities. The partnership saw Dundrum undertake a number of joint initiatives throughout 2006 with Barnardos and Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children in Crumlin. Activity included the Women’s Mini Marathon, the Dundrum Glam Prix Fashion Event, a Back to School campaign and Christmas with the St Patrick’s Boys Choir. We also actively work with Down Syndrome Ireland and hosted Irelands largest ice cream party in May in aid of the charity.
